- StartAdd is not responsible for delivery issues, product defects, refund disputes, or financial losses.
Any transaction between user and advertiser is strictly between those parties. StartAdd shall not be liable for any loss, fraud, damage, or dispute arising from such interactions.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Posting illegal, harmful, adult, gambling, or prohibited content.
- Impersonation or identity misrepresentation.
- Publishing false business claims.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, logos, and branding belong to StartAdd. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
StartAdd shall not be liable for:
